When a crime has been committed by an adult against a child, law enforcement will be involved. DIgital devices fall under federal jurisdiction as information often crosses state lines. SGS has partnered with the FBI and local law enforcement to assist in child enticement, child exploitation, Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), and all other digital crimes against children situations. While this can be an intimidating prospect, a Smart Gen Society caseworker will be the liaison between youth, families, and law enforcement, making sure the process is understandable and clear.

Before you fill out the below form, please check on your (or your child's) wellbeing and remember -  Digital exploitation is NEVER the fault of the child OR the fault of the parents. Unfortunately, this is the world we are living in where people can be trolls and creeps in the digital world.  We have your back.

Three questions to ask yourself:

About you.

About the crime.

A minor is a person who has not yet turned 19-years-old.
Who did the crime happen to?
